The red rollers are used on the Green Head which is the 40 degree bevel and is the most commonly used head for the machines in this application.

The red roller used on the Green head is the standard cutting tool for Valiani machines.
They become worn and will show marking, this can sometimes be due to other factors however if you have not changed this for a long time it is the most likely cause.
Note: This part will require re-calibration of depth once installed on the head. As you will find now that you need to go a bit deeper due to the extra material on the roller.
