Over the past 14 years our partnership with Valiani has grown and the development of the machines has been an ongoing project for us, looking after and supporting them across the UK. As the complexity of the machines has evolved so has the need for further training and support to unlock the full potential of your machines and to ensure that they are working perfectly.
As a company we are constantly investing in the industry to ensure that there is enough support for all of our machines and now have more full-time engineers on the road. We spend a lot of time trying to support our customers remotely and over the phone to ensure that there is as little down time as possible when a problem may arise, but this has now become a full-time job in itself and can be hard to manage while on the road or in between jobs.
The need for this type of service has grown with the development and popularity of Valiani machines. In order to improve upon and maintain a high level of support to all of our customers we will be introducing a technical support membership.
